✅ Processing Time

• All ready stock orders will be shipped within 3–4 working days after payment is confirmed.

• You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. Tracking details will also be updated on your order page.

⏳ Pre-Order Items

• For pre-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery.

• If there are any unexpected delays beyond this period, we will contact you via WhatsApp for updates or further arrangements.

🚚 Delivery Partner

• We deliver all orders using Line Clear Courier.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days (within Malaysia) after your parcel is shipped.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

🌍 International Orders

• For international customers, please contact us before placing your order to check on shipping availability and rates.

📍 Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or undelivered parcels.

• We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Once parcels are handed over to the courier, delivery is beyond our control, but we’ll assist where possible in case of issues.
