Accounts & Finance Executive
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Accounts & Finance Executive to oversee daily accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is essential in maintaining organized financial records and supporting the company’s compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
You will contribute to the smooth running of financial operations while providing reliable insights to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and payments
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure all transactions are properly documented
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions when necessary
Provide financial analysis and support for ad-hoc management reports
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Social Media & Marketing Intern
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media & Marketing Intern to support our brand’s digital presence and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media culture, and is eager to gain real-world experience in building and growing a brand.
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, develop engaging content, and support day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling content across social media platforms
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Support caption writing and basic marketing copy
- Monitor engagement, insights, and performance metrics
- Research trends, viral formats, and competitor activities
- Assist during photoshoots, content shoots, events, or brand activations
- Provide administrative and coordination support when required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing
- Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
